Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. If a refund request is communicated to us via email/website within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a 100% refund.
2. Refund requests must be submitted through email or the website.
3. The refund policy is applicable only for purchases made within or exceeding a period of 1 year.
4. In case a customer voluntarily cancels their subscription, Teamrail will not be obligated to provide any refunds or reactivate the subscription.
